Nobody's Perfect Parenting Virtual Facilitator Training

Become a Nobody's Perfect Parenting Facilitator

Nobody’s Perfect Parenting (NPP) is an evidence-informed parenting program developed by the Public Health Agency of Canada and is coordinated nationally by Families Canada. Designed for parents and caregivers of young children from birth to age five, the program uses supportive group-based learning to help participants build confidence, strengthen parenting skills, expand social connections, and gain practical knowledge about child health, safety, development, and behaviour.

As a facilitator, you will help create an inclusive and welcoming environment where parents can learn from one another, share experiences, and discover their own strengths. NPP uses a participant-centered, strengths-based approach that encourages meaningful peer learning.

Nobody's Perfect has been recognized as a Canadian best practice in parenting support, demonstrating positive outcomes for families across diverse communities. The program is culturally adaptable and has been successfully implemented across Canada and internationally.

By becoming a Nobody's Perfect Parenting Facilitator, you can play a vital role in empowering parents, strengthening families, and building healthier communities.
