The Families Canada “Logo” and “Families Canada” are trademarks used by Families Canada under license. You may not use these trademarks without prior written consent.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You may not use any part of the Content to develop or derive other information products or services for distribution or commercial sale.
• You must take all necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized access to Families Canada’s information and data by artificial intelligence tools or any other unauthorized methods.

4. Limitation of Liability

The materials in the Content are provided "as is" for information purposes only. Families Canada disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Families Canada will not be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Content.

5. Governing Law

This User Agreement is governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in the Province, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of laws. Any such disputes will be resolved exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction.

Families Canada may amend these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
