Melissa McGuirk McNeil is a seasoned nonprofit leader with over 20 years of experience in the sector. She has held senior roles at organizations such as United Way East Ontario, Ottawa Network for Education, and World Skills Employment Centre, where she led initiatives in human resources, volunteer engagement, fundraising, marketing, and communications. 

Melissa is passionate about engaging people, coaching teams, and using strategy and technology to enhance how organizations work. In her new role as Interim Executive Director at Families Canada, she’s excited to collaborate with colleagues, partners, and volunteers to strengthen programs that support families and family support centres across the country.
